For all of you who are interested in following bloggers who will be attending the upcoming SBC annual meeting in Nashville, I'm here for you.  So you should bookmark this site, Reformissionary, keep an eye on my Emerging SBC Leaders site which should offer many links, and I also expect Joe Thorn and Marty Duren to blog as well.  I'll let you know if I find others.

I hope to update as much of the convention that I can get myself to sit through.  I will definitely be saying much about the "Younger Leaders Summit" on Sunday June 19th, some on the boring regular meetings on the 21st and 22nd and (though I'm sure I will miss some votes), and whatever else I can take note of.  I will be taking plenty of pics, and maybe even doing some vlogging if Joe teaches me how.

UPDATE: The convention hall is supposed to have wifi for some real-time blogging.

Molly won't be there Kmoney. She was planning to, but the trip is significantly longer now (Sat-Wed) and I will be really busy trying to meet many new folks. Sorry about that.

Don't know any of the details, but I thought I'd pass this along... I'm assuming that the convention is at the main convention center that is on Broadway and is connected via tunnel to the arena. If so, I was there this January for a convention, and the hall is indeed connected via wi-fi, but it is pay-per-use and it is expensive. Now, if you were in charge of this little shin-dig, I know you'd have a free access point repeated across the city, but I bet that somebody checked, saw that some convention center brochure said "Wi-Fi" and told you "yes." Anyway, just thought I'd pass that along - whether anything I just wrote is relevant or true, I can't be sure. :)

We are getting mixed signals (pun intended) on the wifi. I don't think we will really know what's going on with it until we get to the convention center. At the least I think we will have a place in the convention center (I don't think I should divulge the location) where we can get on wifi briefly to post something. Either way, I have Ecto and will be able to write offline and post quickly once I get a hotspot.

Oh, and by the way, our wifi info has come through communication with Lifeway and Draper.

I'm looking forward to reading about what takes place. I thought about trying to make it down for the Summit you wrote about but I don't think that will happen. Guess I'll just look for notes on-line. :-)
