"Reach a City, 'change the world,' NYC Pastor Exhorts"

The idea of concentration on the big cities makes sense as Keller explains it. Still, I'd be interested in his take on the importance of the "ends of the earth" aspects of church planting.
I loved the videos explaining the big picture of what Redeemer's vision is. I love the fact that a Presbyterian church in NYC is making such a huge impact. God is awesome!

"ends of the earth"??? IMHO, possibly new jersey. =) seriously though, pick any state here and it will fit acts 1:8.

by "ends of the earth" I was speaking of the rural America but I can see I didn't make that clear. Thanks Terry.

A pastor friend of mine who has been through a lot more than I have recently challenged me to look beyond what I had been seeing in our community. His direction was to look for a God-sized vision for the communities in which I live. It really had little to do with the church so to speak, but more in line with what Keller is proposing. Kinda along the thought of redeeming everything discussions that are happening in other places......
