My daughter resting on the railing at the multi-story Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. Love the reflection, the distance, the depth of focus, the lights above, and the blue hues. And of course her face is just beautiful.
Also see Joe Thorn's Friday photo and Timmy's pic.

Haven't been to your blog in awhile, but speaking of pictures. I really dig the new 'header'.

agreed on the new banner.
this pic is phenomenal bro! I love it for all the same reasons you mention-- and because I had similar pensive poses on that rail when Katie forbade me to spend money at the Apple store!
Is that Smokey Bones still upon in Woodfield?
Looking fwd to seeing you up here in a few weeks.

You do have a beautiful daughter!
Of course, in my completely unbiased opinion, my two girls and granddaughter are more beautiful, but there you go. ;-)
It is a great picture.

Love that picture. The Lord has granted us -- after three sons -- a daughter, now 6, also photogenic, and whose smile melts me.
Have enjoyed reading your blog from time to time.

Great photo, Steve. However, when I first looked at it I was scared to death (almost). I got that funny feeling in my stomach. I'm scared of heights. I just returned home from Woodfield this afternoon (we live in Schaumburg). My wife and kids run all over the place while I huddle against the walls like some frightened little kid. Pathetic! At least my new Vans are cool.

Myles, Josh Rouse album is great so far. Still a little new to my ears though.
