I saw that last night. It is an immensely helpful interview.

Since nobody ever wants to interview me I thought I might interview myself sometime. It will be as boring as everyone might expect.

Steve,
Have one of your kids interview you. Elijah asking you about your "missional ecclesiology in a postmodern world" could never be boring. But you might want to limit your usage of the word "suck." ;)

I found the Warnock interview to be very helpful in the ongoing discussion about the emerging Church. The article in the Criswell Journal was also very helpful.
There is a difference in the categories given in the Warnock interiew and the Criswell Journal. In the Warnock interview Pastor Driscoll interjects another category...Reformed Relevant.
I think this is unwise because it takes us down a limited, sectarian path that will, by necessity, limit the discussion.
If Pastor Driscoll is just trying to define himself.......no problem. Tough I must admist few TR (Truely Reformeds) are going to own him with his wishy washiness on limited atonement and his denial of the regulative principle.
Broad categories allow for broad discussion. Once we start developing sub-categories the discussion bit by bit turns from friendly discussion to polemical debate.
Thanks
