I haven't been out to take pictures. The weather here has been brutal, and I enjoy whining a lot. Should be better weather next week. I won't have any excuses. For now, enjoy one of my first photographs with a real camera (my Nikon d50). This is the Old Court House in Woodstock, IL that is now used as an art gallery. This photo was taken last December.
Was there some sort of effect to get those colors--the blue in the sky and the reddish tint to everything else or did it just take that way?
What do you know about the new d40 coming out? I was thinking about that as my first real camera.

No clue on the d40 Mike. Haven't heard a word.
The colors are accurate with the evening. I just caught it at the right time.
