Here's an update on my photos in Starbucks. They have given out more than 100 of my Moo photography cards and I've had to order 300 more just to make it through October! Hope they show up before we leave for vacation on Tuesday morning. I've had at least 5 workers, without me even bringing up the subject, come to tell me that they are getting tons of comments and questions about my photography. Really awesome. Very encouraging. Enjoy these photos I took in Chicago recently, and check out the rest of my photography.
Steve, I enjoy your photos, and they inspire me to take up this hobby. Have a fun vacation.

Steve,
can you offer a novice some advice. I have a Nikon D70 but I am having a terrible time with things being blurry or out of focus. What settings are good for everything in the frame being in focus? Also is there is the slightest movement that arm or leg or face or whatever is blurry. I enjoy your work!

I do love your (and Joe's) photography. Are you adjusting the photos after you shoot them to get that red so vibrant? It just about jumps off the screen!

Do you use photo shop? or is that even something associated with what you do....

Andy, what setting do you use?
Tim, I adjust all photos slightly. Pretty much everyone does a little. I don't use Photoshop (too expensive to buy, too wrong to steal), I use a Nikon product. The colors in these photos (and most of my photos) are pretty much what I saw.

I really like that first one for some reason. I've enjoyed the rest of your photos as well, though I haven't commented and feel I should speak up and let you know. Having recently taken up the hobby myself, I've even tried to copy you a few times.
