Regarding the "Story Formed Life", there's a huge resurgence in the self-conscious use of biblical narrative for evangelism and discipleship both world wide and in the US... it's big because it works with those who can't read and those who don't read... the rural blue collar worker and the "pomo" types! It will be interesting to see how this develops.
