There's a demon under every rock, around every corner, lurking in every dark alley, and in your closet! MUHahahaha! *Ahem.* So...
What are your Big 5 books on spiritual warfare?
These would be books on the theology and practical reality of demons, demon possession and oppression, or stories about people dealing with these issues. These can be books that deal primarily with sin or prayer, spiritual "armor," etc, as long as they have a significant "warfare" component. There are a lot of kooky books and authors out there, but there are some really good ones too. Go!
1. POWER ENCOUNTERS - D. Powlison. May be out-of-print, but spend the money if you can find it.
2. SATAN CAST OUT - F. Leahy
3. HOW TO MEET THE ENEMY - J. MacArthur
4. THE WAR WITHIN - J. Adams
5. PRECIOUS REMEDIES AGAINST SATAN'S DEVICES - T. Brooks

Others have mentioned some good stuff - but I'm about to open a can of worms with my pick(s).
I've found that the books of John Eldredge (esp. Wild at Heart, Epic & Waking the Dead) have helped me deal with spiritual warfare in ways that my denominational background & personal bent were unlikely to do.

Just read Charles Kraft's I Give You Authority a few months ago and it rocked my world.
Pilgrim's Progress (all business students are required to read that in my small baptist university).

1. "Angels, Elect and Evil" by C. Fred Dickason. Excellent repository of the biblical information on angels and demons.
2. "Angels of Light, Powers of Darkness." More intentionally theological than the above book, but with some stand-out chapters (esp the one on "principalities").
3. "The Christian Life" by Sinclair Ferguson, chapter 14, "The Christian's Conflicts" - distinguishes between the Spirit's convictions and Satan's darts.
No doubt some books mentioned by others are excellent, but I have some more reading to do!
I wrote a paper concerning angels & demons while in seminary, and taught on the subject (I'm no expert but I think I gathered some good info). I'll put an excerpt on my blog and if anyone wants the paper emailed just leave a comment. http://newcovenantpca.blogspot.com
