At the Dallas 2008 Acts 29 Boot Camp Elliot Grudem and Matt Adair spoke on church replanting. Grudem's talk was really outstanding and convicting. Adair's talk was helpful as well, and includes the QnA session. As someone working on a replant, this is good stuff. Here's the audio from the whole conference.
And if you are in the area and/or looking to plant, you should attend the Raleigh, NC Boot Camp next month.
What is "Church Replanting"?

Chuck, it's taking a church in decline and restarting it. It usually means a
new name, constitution, direction, etc.

That's how I'd normally interpret that word. But since Acts 29 is "church planting" (and I didn't have time to listen to all the audio) I wondered if they had a more specialized meaning.
Is yours a replant?
Mine is an ATTEMPT at one, but it's mostly a head banger!

Acts 29 is planting, replanting, and now partners with other churches as
well.
Yeah, we are replanting. Working on it as we speak. It's taken 5 years to
gett'r done.

It's taken me 5 years to get it at the point where it might be possible I think...
