12.99 for the Kindle version is ridiculous. Especially when the hardback version is going at other places for almost the same price. Kindle versions of books should be 9.99.

I didn't create the price point, Travis. I'm just letting you know. :) The list price on the hardcover is $29.95. If you get this in a brick and mortar w/o a sale, it's a lot. $12.99 sounds like a dream at that point.
