Everything I've written and will write on open-air preaching I've consolidated for easy reference: Open-Air Preaching. It's available on the side-bar under "Compass." It includes open-air preaching posts, posts on relevant topics and open-air quotes, and a small, but hopefully growing list of resources beyond my blog. These are the resources I feel are worth recommending.
Would your pub ministry count as open-air, or does it need a specific level of proclamation (having not been to one of your events I don't know how you do it)? I can preach. I can talk with people. But I'm not convinced that I would be a good open air preacher though I think I would like it and it would be fun to try.

That previous post was me. Still don't know why it defaults to my Typepad account & not the others that I regularly use (and regularly sign into your blog with).

Chris, I may have to ban you from my blog. I'm sick of you double commenting every time. ;)
Pub Talks is really pre-evangelism (apologetics). It's purposefully something else. So, no, not really.
As for whether or not you would be a good open-air preacher, I would say that if you've been called to preach, you'd do fine in the open-air. That's really a part of my ongoing thesis in these posts is that's really a part of what you are already equipped to do. We just need to understand it better and do it better.
